The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager who can drive results, build a strong team culture, and deliver exceptional customer service every day.
This is not a sit-behind-the-counter role – it’s a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll lead from the front, coach your team to success, and ensure the store consistently performs at its best.
You’ll be supported by our Operations and Retail Performance team but given the autonomy to make an impact locally. If you’re driven, energetic, and love seeing your team win, this is the role for you.
Your Responsibilities Include
Store Leadership & Team Development
Lead by example to create a positive, high‑performance team culture
Recruit, train, and coach your team to deliver excellent service and results
Run regular team meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions
Set clear expectations around KPIs, standards, and daily performance
Sales & Store Performance
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent growth
Analyse store KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Implement local initiatives to boost traffic, conversion, and average transaction value
Ensure strong execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Operations & Standards
Maintain Elite-level visual merchandising and brand presentation
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards
Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory accuracy
Uphold health, safety, and security protocols within the store
Who You Are
A confident and inspiring retail leader with previous store management experience
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping customers reach their goals
Skilled at coaching, developing, and inspiring a team
Results-driven, organised, and capable of managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communicator who takes pride in professionalism and accountability
Someone who thrives on creating a culture of excellence and growth
