We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life of our NDIS, DVA and Support at Home clients. If you are a Support Worker/Personal Care Worker looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our clients to live independently at home, we encourage you to apply.
We are looking for staff who can fill shifts on a weekly roster at approximately 10‐15 hours per week, with increased opportunities as the organisation grows. The roles are casual based in the Kingsley area and surrounding suburbs.
Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our clients, enabling independence and wellbeing in home and the community. Your responsibilities may include:
* Support provision in alignment with clients' individual care plan
* Providing effective personal care maintaining clients' dignity
* Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation
* Ensuring a safe and pleasant home environment for our clients including domestic assistance duties.

Who We Are Looking For:
* Personal Care Workers with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent including personal care unit) or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in personal and community care
* Candidates with HLTHPS006- Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded
* NDIS Worker Screening or Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support or willingness to obtain
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards
* Current driver's licence essential and reliable vehicle with insurance (mandatory).
