Job Description

Join our growing Mandurah team as a Speech Pathologist and make a real impact!

You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload.

What keeps things interesting is the mix of metro and regional work options available.You'll have the opportunity to work across different settings and communities, giving you real variety in how you deliver support and the participants you work with.

For those who enjoy a bit of travel, there are also optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland, a great way to broaden your experience with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team!

Your role:

* Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community
* Manage and prioritise your own caseload
* Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals
* Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
* A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
* An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together!)
