About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice while creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for every patient interaction.
The role combines front‐of‐house coordination, patient communication, administration support, and assistance with the daily operational flow of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Experience & Communication.
* Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone.
* Manage patient enquiries via phone, SMS, email, and social media.
* Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and well‐cared for throughout their experience.
* Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
* Coordinate appointments and scheduling.
* Support the smooth day‐to‐day flow of the practice.
* Maintain accurate records, systems, and internal organisation.
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks alongside the administration support team.
* Provide support to management and the wider team as required.
* Contribute to workflow organisation and process efficiency.
* Assist with internal communication and team coordination.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture.
About You
We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational ability, and a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
Candidates may come from backgrounds including:
* Dental or medical reception
* Client service or hospitality
* Administration or coordination
* Allied health or wellness environments
* Customer experience roles
Most importantly, you are someone who:
* Demonstrates emotional intelligence and professionalism
* Communicates confidently and effectively
* Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Can multitask efficiently in a busy environment
* Remains calm and composed under pressure

* Enjoys supporting both patients and colleagues
* Previous dental experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.

Employment Details
* Initial casual employment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full‐time position within approximately three months for the right candidate
* Monday to Friday only — no weekend work
