The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Use your managerial experience of a Business Services/Private Clients division at a professional services firm to help you hit the ground running. Ideally where you will have exposure to large complex clients.
* Qualified accountant.
* You should enjoy helping people and are smart enough to really listen to what the client wants, not just rely on what your past training tells you to do.
* Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must as you will be running client and team meetings on a regular basis.
* Cultural fit. They are an office full of friendly people who are impressive at what they do. Very smart, technically exceptional and with strong communication skills and friendly personalities.
* Proven Business Development pedigree and ability. Fees to follow are an attractive bonus but not a necessity.
