**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks including document management, filing and data entry, maintaining confidential files and documents.
- Maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including quotes, contracts, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and project milestones.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients including screening telephone calls and answering inquiries to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense reporting, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Support management with secretarial work related to project planning and execution.
**About you**
- AQF Diploma or above in Business Administration.
- Proven minimum of three years' experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and other relevant software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
