What you will do?
* Deliver outstanding food and beverage service across a variety of outlets
* Provide hands‐on service, utilising your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining environments
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings, confidently make recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements
* Create a welcoming, engaging and memorable guest experience
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
* Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
Team Leaders:
* Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed
* Support team capability through on‐the‐job coaching, training and performance guidance
* Drive sales through effective upselling and execution of promotional initiatives
* Foster a positive, inclusive and high‐performing team culture
More about you
* Previous experience in food and beverage service within a volume driven venue
* Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
* Team Leaders: Approved Manager's Card and demonstrated leadership experience
* Barista and Bartender skills is highly desirable
* Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Ability to work a rotating 7‐day roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
