Managing and developing strategic campaigns for retail, tourism, banking, and lifestyle brands, this Account Manager role will be responsible for leading innovation and client strategy.
The Opportunity:
* Support the Account Director & General Manager
* Work with the Account Director to lead a portfolio of client accounts across retail, pet, food, insurance and lifestyle brands
* Oversee strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals
* Day-to-day campaign management
* Develop integrated media campaigns across integrated channels (on and offline)
* Assist the Account Director with new/organic business growth
* Develop integrated, data-led media solutions
* Ensure briefs are running on time, brief and on budget
* Provide recommendations to clients, with the support of the Account Director
* Develop paid, owned and earned media briefs
* Develop client reports and performance reviews.
You:
* Live in Melbourne
* Have full working rights and do not require sponsorship
* Currently work in a media agency, account service role
* Have at least 3-4+ account service experience
* Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships
* Experience working in a media agency
* Previous experience managing media strategies
