Are you ready to elevate your engineering career with a global leader? Air Liquide is seeking a high‐calibre Production Engineer to join our secondary production and operations team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating regional production and distribution activities to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of gases and services to customers.
* Champion our \"zero harm\" culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety‐critical process elements and establishing robust channels for reporting and addressing hazards.
* Collect and analyze operational plant data, leveraging knowledge of DCS and process controls to identify bottlenecks and optimize plant output.
* Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians, maintenance crews, and product compliance staff.
* Deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to drive key operational performance KPIs.
* Connect directly with various local and regional sites to build trusted technical support networks and share operational best practices.
* Formulate and pitch data‐backed plant development proposals directly to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Completed Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* 1‐3 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors; high‐potential graduate engineers are encouraged to apply.
* Foundational knowledge or exposure to gas‐related filling center operations.
* Outstanding critical‐thinking skills and active appreciation for DCS, PLC, automation, and process controls.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, train, and collaborate with diverse operations personnel.
* Adaptive \"can‐do\" attitude with strong interest in project handovers and continuous optimisation.
