CHANGE AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER – CUSTOMER AND OPERATIONS – SYDNEY
The primary purpose of this role is to design and execute sustainable change management activities as part of a programme or at an initiative level, and to work collaboratively with other Change Managers to create consistency and capability in the execution of Allianz's change management methodology.
About the Role
* Conduct the change analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure change initiatives are thought through and planned.
* Own or contribute to the development of a change management strategy and approach based on the completed change analysis.
* Address any potential people‐related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
* Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans e.g., change leadership plan, communication plan, education and training plan.
* Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.
* Apply the AAL change management approach and methodology.
About you
* Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
* Experience managing large‐scale and complex change programmes and projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
* Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision‐making.
* High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with an ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
* Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
* Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
