What you will do as the Talent Acquisition Officer
* Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders.
* Use your judgement to monitor and respond to recruitment queries.
* Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they’re aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective.
* Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including:
o managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries
o use problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries.
* Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles.
* Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
About You
* the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
* an interest and ability to learn new tasks and embrace change
* demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
* the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* relevant work experience in a human resources field

Salary: $80,643 - $87,558 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
