Your day in the life of a Lion Brand Manager
This is a great opportunity to be a part of an award-winning brand team and lead strategic workstreams for the XXXX brand.
You will report into the Marketing Manager and will lead brand activities including the development and ongoing management of brand campaigns & sporting partnerships that drive brand performance.
Responsibilities
Support Senior Brand, Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to manage brand performance to consumer and commercial objectives
Support in the delivery of innovation and creative campaigns
Play a leading role in bringing to life brand partnerships and sponsorship properties
Review brand performance against plan through facts and data (consumer and commercial) and recommend changes to plan to support both short term and long-term brand goals
Partner content and connections and shopper teams to ensure brand campaigns deliver to brand strategy/plans and impact consumer behaviour
Establish and maintain quality internal and external relationships that achieve brand and business outcomes
To be successful you will bring
Brand Management Expertise – Experience turning brand strategy into execution (ATL & BTL), leveraging innovation, partnerships, and activations.
Data-Driven Thinking – Ability to connect consumer and commercial insights into actionable brand strategies.
Strong Collaboration & internal networking skills – Proven success working across multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Communication skills - Building strong positive relationships and influencing to a win-win solution
Commercial & Strategic Acumen – Knowledge of brand planning, innovation, communications, and P&L analysis.
A relentless energy & positive attitude – action-oriented, capable of moving at pace and embracing challenging projects.
