G.James Aluminium Products, based in Eagle Farm, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Extrusion Administration Team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure a high standard of service and smooth delivery of outcomes for our customers.

The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide professional, courteous, and responsive service by managing customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and sales with accuracy and efficiency. You will build strong customer relationships by aligning aluminium product solutions to customer needs, while supporting sales, manufacturing, and delivery performance targets.
Key Responsibilities Include

* Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
* Preparing, issuing, and following up quotes and tenders
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with sales and production teams to achieve targets
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer or order issues
* Analysing customer orders and completing ad hoc administrative tasks
About You You're An Experienced Customer Service Professional Who Thrives In a Fast‐paced Environment And Enjoys Working As Part Of a Collaborative Team. You Bring
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and a positive attitude
* A team‐focused approach with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 essential
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and CRM tools desirable
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* A proactive mindset and genuine desire to develop your career
