Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicles for hire, including cleaning, safety checks (oil, water, tyres, lights), and basic non-mechanical repairs
* Coordinate vehicle movements, including pick-up and delivery, yard presentation, and monitoring fleet availability
* Support branch performance by assisting with reporting, maintenance tracking, and meeting utilisation and compliance targets
* Assist with general administration and contribute to customer service, retention, and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
* Medium Rigid Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic computer skills and confidence completing reports/admin tasks
* Physically capable of manual handling (e.g. trailer gates)
* Customer service skills
