About the Role
Proactive Services ensures trolleys are available and stores are pristine, enabling customers and colleagues to experience a hygienically clean workplace.
What You'll Do
- Complete tasks allocated in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, team room and emptying bins.
- Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
- Help customers in‑store by answering questions or providing directions.
- Receive full training in operating equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.
What You'll Bring
- An ambitious mindset, love of retail and passion for people.
- Physical fitness; ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5‑10 kg.
- Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.
- Availability to work Monday–Sunday, shifts starting from 6 am or 5 pm.
- Attention to cleanliness and small details.
- Willingness to learn and grow your career.
