Join our team supporting NDIS participants in the Wollongong & Nowra region.
You will deliver timely therapeutic services to cover a caseload of participants living in the areas of Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs.
Enjoy structured supervision, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth.
You will work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, community settings, homes, and/or our clinic space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver high-quality therapeutic services
* Conduct assessments to understand participants' functional capacity and develop personalized treatment plans
* Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and achieve their goals
* Mentor early career clinicians and promote skill development
* Stay up-to-date with current legislation and ensure compliance
