Pay rate: $2500 Per day
Conditions: Nephrologist/General Medicine dual trained Consultant required. Thursday 9 July 0800 - 1700: Renal clinic all day. Friday 10 July 0800 - 1700: Distribution only. Registrar and intern support available. Travel and accommodation provided by the hospital. $2500 daily rate
Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
