Role
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + super
Oversee projects through the construction and delivery phases once designs are completed, working closely alongside internal design and development teams. Act as the client‐side representative managing head contractors directly, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high operational standard.

Ideal Background
* 5–10 years' experience within Project Management and/or Contract Administration
* Experience delivering retail, hospitality, restaurant, bars, or club projects is highly regarded
* Strong construction and fit‐out experience within live environments
* Ability to manage fast‐paced projects and multiple stakeholders
* Previous exposure from either a builder or consultancy environment encouraged
* Strong understanding of construction delivery, sequencing, and programme management
* Strong commercial and social skillset
