About the Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage the conveyancing lifecycle from due diligence through to contract and settlement, with exposure to high‐end transactional work and complex completion mechanics.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing conveyancing aspects of files, including title due diligence, statutory searches, reporting and settlement preparation
* Running electronic settlements via PEXA and integrated platforms
* Registering dealings with the titles office and managing associated documentation
* Supporting banking & finance teams with mortgage dealings
* Ideally supporting tax teams with stamp duty lodgements and e‐duty requirements
* Supervising settlement arrangements and coordinating completion logistics
* Preparing draft leases (commercial and retail) and contracts of sale using templates and heads of agreement
About You
You will bring 5+ years' experience in high‐end commercial conveyancing and transactional property work, with confidence managing complex files and navigating electronic settlements.
* Experience using PEXA to keep multi‐party projects running smoothly
* Commercial acumen and the ability to handle complex settlements with autonomy and precision
* Excellent document preparation skills and meticulous attention to detail
