Are you a hands‐on café leader who loves great food, strong teams and delivering memorable customer experiences? Ninja Parc is on the lookout for an experienced Café Coordinator to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of our café and lead our crew to success.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and profitable café.
About the Role
As Café Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ninja Parc café, ensuring exceptional service, high food safety standards and a positive experience for every guest. You'll lead, train and develop the café crew while managing costs, stock and performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily café operations and service delivery
* Lead, train and motivate café crew to maintain high performance and morale
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
* Manage rosters, labour costs and staffing levels
* Oversee stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships
* Monitor sales, costs and profitability against budget
* Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and menu execution
* Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting and administration
* Coordinate café operations with venue activities, parties and events
* Champion company values and create a positive team culture
About You
You're a confident hospitality leader who leads from the front and sets high standards. You're organised, people‐focused and passionate about delivering great service.
You will bring:
* Previous experience in a café, food & beverage or hospitality leadership role
* Strong people leadership, coaching and training skills
* Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS
* Experience with rostering, labour control and daily operations
* Stock control and ordering experience
* Confident cash handling and basic reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, energetic and solutions‐focused mindset
Qualifications
* First Aid and CPR
* Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate
