Overview

We are seeking a remote Online Travel Helper to provide customers with virtual support for planning and booking trips. You'll answer questions, assist with reservations, and help clients enjoy a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
2. Provide clear and friendly support through phone, email, or chat.
3. Answer basic travel questions and guide customers to the right options.
4. Update reservations and confirm details for accuracy.
5. Support the team with day-to-day travel service tasks.

Qualifications

6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Comfortable using computers and online booking systems.
8. Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
9. Friendly, helpful, and patient with customers.
10. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
