About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Install and Repair to join our team in a senior capacity. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing our full range of vehicle storage products and accessories.
You won’t be managing a team - but your experience and knowledge will make you a go-to support for others, helping maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
You’ll work closely with the Sales and Warehouse team and be a key part of the workshop’s daily operations, offering troubleshooting expertise, sharing knowledge, and making sure every job is done right.
Lead and support install on customer vehicles
Carry out and oversee repair work
Ensure jobs meet quality and safety standards
Train and guide team members
Work with customers and suppliers for smooth operations
Keep the workshop running efficiently
What you Bring
Experience in vehicle accessory installation, service, or repair
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and work with initiative
Enjoy working in a team workplace while taking ownership of tasks
Manual Driver’s License (essential)
Forklift license and experience with 12V electrics (highly regarded)
