As a Segment GTM Analyst, you will provide analytical and commercial support to the Segment GTM team, helping to identify growth opportunities, evaluate segment performance and measure the impact of acquisition/retention plays. Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, this role turns data into actionable insights – enabling GTM leads to make informed decisions on pricing, targeting, offer performance and customer retention.
Responsibilities
* Commercial Analysis & Insights: analyse customer, revenue and margin data to identify trends, risk and opportunities across all segments.
* Play Performance Measurement: track and evaluate the performance of GTM plays and campaigns – including ROI, conversion rates and retention uplift.
* Market & Competitor Insights: provide commercial insights on competitive positioning, offer performance and market dynamics to inform strategy.
* Business Case development: support creation of commercial business case for new growth initiatives and GTM plays.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in commercial analysis or business performance.
* Experience in telco, ICT or SIO based industries.
* Proven experience in supporting GTM or sales teams with commercial insights.
* Exposure to churn, pricing, and customer lifecycle analytics is advantageous.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, data‐driven environment.
