As a large organisation that continues to grow, we are seeking motivated Speech Pathologists to join our supportive team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services.
About the Opportunity:
To empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current SPA registration
Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
