Position
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our expanding Service Team at our Dealership in Rockingham. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable Service department through booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the service department.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone and email enquiries
* Ensure customer requirements are met within a timely manner
* Ensure monthly targets are met
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
* Service Advisor experience preferred
* Commitment to customer satisfaction
* The right to work in Western Australia
* Current Australian Police clearance
* Current Australian Driver's License
* The ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to meet deadlines
