We\'re looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst who loves turning numbers into insights and helping drive smarter business decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our CFO and gain exposure to all areas of a growing digital business.

What You\'ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the CFO, you\'ll play a key role in providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing weekly and monthly performance reporting
* Analysing business results and identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
* Delivering meaningful month-end analysis and commercial insights
* Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management
* Building and maintaining financial models to support business planning
* Supporting board reporting and executive presentations
* Identifying opportunities to improve business performance, processes and efficiencies
* Working closely with leaders across the business to support informed decision-making
About You
You\'ll be someone who enjoys digging into data, asking questions, and finding ways to improve outcomes.
You\'ll ideally have:
* CPA or CA qualification
* Experience in a Senior Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, Commercial Analyst or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capabilities
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
* Experience with NetSuite, JCurve or Xero, Zoho books (advantageous but not essential)
* Foreign currency experience an advantage
