The Opportunity
This is not a "back‐of‐house" documentation role. As Project Lead, you are the custodian of the RMA vision from the first sketch to the final handover. You will own the project lifecycle, acting as the primary interface for high‐net‐worth clients, specialist consultants, and elite builders.
The Role
* End‐to‐End Ownership: Lead prestigious residential projects through Concept, Council, Documentation, and high‐stakes Construction phases.
* Strategic Delivery: Take full responsibility for project programming, budgets, and architectural integrity.
* Inspiring Clients: Liaise with poise and confidence, building trusted relationships throughout the design process.
* Multidisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate closely with talented interior designers for a cohesive outcome.
Your Profile
* Experience: 8+ years post‐graduate experience, proven track record of high‐end residential or boutique commercial projects.
* Technical Excellence: Advanced Revit skills essential, translating complex design into buildable documentation.
* Design Instinct: Exceptional creative instinct and refined design eye, contributing original ideas and bespoke outcomes.
* Project Experience: Experience on high‐end residential projects, appreciation for timeless design, craftsmanship, detailing.
* Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, articulate concepts, strong relationships with clients and team.
* Passion: Genuine passion for architecture and interior design elements that transform a residence.
* Curating Expertise: Experience or strong interest in crafting boutique, high‐end residences.
