About the role Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that will deliver 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program.
The project will deliver a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley.
It is located on the Ripley Health Campus and is co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Contemporary specialist-level knowledge and skills in Occupational Therapy sub-acute services within one or more areas of expertise.
Ability to communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment and senior management to influence a clinical or service outcome, negotiate, influence culture, innovate for clinical or service outcomes and supply strategic direction.
Ability to independently manage highly complex clinical caseloads.
Ability to independently apply latest clinical evidence and high-level judgement to guide the team in managing highly complex clinical caseloads.
Ability to lead quality and service improvement activities that result in improved outcomes for patients/customers and/or the organisation.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence clinical practice through the provision of professional advocacy, including data management and evaluation.
