Purpose of the Role
* Ensure 24/7 plant reliability and minimise downtime through proactive maintenance strategies
* Lead and develop a high‐performing team of reliability supervisors and trades professionals
* Foster collaboration and alignment between Operations, Warehouse and Maintenance teams
* Drive improvements in OEE, asset performance and operational efficiency
* Oversee preventative maintenance programmes and optimise maintenance planning (MEX)
* Manage repairs & maintenance (R&M) budgets, capital planning and cost reduction initiatives
* Champion safety, food quality and continuous improvement
About You
* Trade qualification (Electrical or Fitting) or Engineering degree
* Strong experience in maintenance leadership within FMCG or manufacturing
* Proven track record in preventative maintenance and asset reliability
* Experience managing budgets, contractors and capital projects
* Strong leadership capability with a focus on engagement and team development
* Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
