Automotive Parts Consultant Role
A leading aftermarket parts supplier is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Consultant to provide technical support to trade, industrial, and mining customers.
The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in automotive/mechanical knowledge to assist customers with product information and advice, resolve issues, and drive sales. Duties include:
* Interpreting vehicle parts
* Processing customer orders efficiently
* Dispatching products and parts promptly
* Promoting special deals
* Coordinating buy-ins
* Managing customer credits
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Emphasizing workplace safety through proactive measures
