Role Summary
This position is designed to enhance workforce capacity in implementing culturally responsive, evidence-based, and sustainable strategies for Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) management.
About the Opportunity
* Embed standardised processes for ARF/RHD management including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of individuals living with Rh D.
* Work within a large clinical component of the role.
* Collaborate with a team led by a RHD Program Coordinator within the Public Health Division.
