Job Overview
The position involves electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability of machinery and automation systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out regular electrical maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
* Conduct PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting for Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems.
* Perform mechanical maintenance tasks when needed in collaboration with other team members.
* Undertake routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and plant shutdown work to ensure optimal production efficiency.
* Verify adherence to electrical safety standards and practices throughout the work process.
* Accurately document all maintenance activities and complete relevant work orders.
* Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
* Strong understanding of PLC systems (Siemens and Allen-Bradley) and electrical circuit design.
* Able to perform mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
