Sento Club is a Mediterranean-inspired wellness studio helping people feel stronger and live longer through Reformer Pilates, saunas, and longevity coaching. We're building something special in Newcastle and beyond and we need a sales pro to help us keep up with demand.
This is a remote based, flexible role where you'll turn warm enquiries into life-changing memberships, no cold street selling, no awkward hard closes, just real conversations, clear next steps, and outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Full Time & Remote (Newcastle, NSW region preferred for team connection, but not essential)
* You'll be working in a high performing sales team, with access to weekly coaching to refine your craft and get more sales
* All warm leads (inbound enquiries + ad responses + waitlist opt-ins)
* Run short discovery calls, understand goals, recommend the right Sento offer
* Own your pipeline in Hapana/CRM: speed-to-lead, follow-up cadences, daily KPIs
* Hit weekly outcomes, supported through a tight feedback loop with marketing to maximise warm leads
* Coaching & call reviews weekly—we make sellers better

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven sales experience (fitness, health, education, or services ideal) & working with scripts (min 2 years)
* You hit targets, love the phone, and don't take hang-ups personally
* Demonstrate consistent sales conversion rates of 25% or higher
* Coachable, competitive, and kind—you want to win the week and help others win too
* Clear communicator who builds trust fast, asks great questions, and handles objections
* Interest in health, movement, longevity (Pilates/sauna fans get brownie points)
