The Role
As a Mainstream Education Assistant you will assist in the delivery of planned education programmes that help in the development of young minds. You will collaborate and work in a team environment, support the general health and wellbeing of students, maintain the learning environment, and manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies and programs. You will work under teacher direction in a diverse role, ensuring the learning environment is inclusive and relevant, with health and safety of students a high priority.

Eligibility
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
