Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet the needs of Federal Government clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor (sometimes onsite) to build and maintain effective customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of the customer's business and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
* Extensive experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools deployed across Windows and Linux environments.
* Strong experience with ITIL processes.
* Knowledge of containerisation technologies; Kubernetes certification is an advantage.
* Understanding of secure communication practices.
* Experience with application programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell and SQL.
* NV1 level AGSVA clearance required.
