We're currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Co‐ordinator / Receptionist to help keep our workplace running smoothly and professionally.
Our office is centrally located in Melbourne with fast freeway access, and we offer flexible working hours, on‐site parking, and a supportive team environment.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and hands‐on role that combines front‐of‐house reception, office coordination, and facilities support.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and a key contributor to maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming workplace.

The role is part time, 5 days a week. The successful candidate will start their day between 8:30am and 9:30am and finish between 2:30 and 3:30pm. This can be refined to suit the successful applicant's personal needs, for example, school drop off and pick up.
What You'll Be Doing Office & Facilities Coordination
* Coordinate maintenance, trades, and general office repairs
* Manage stationery, office, and kitchen supply ordering
* Maintain office amenities and kitchen operations
* Coordinate routine building inspections and upkeep
* Assist with company vehicle administration
* Maintain office access records and keys
* Support work experience placements
* Ensure workplace facilities remain safe, clean, and operational
Reception & Front‐of‐House
* Welcome visitors, clients, and contractors
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Manage meeting bookings and calendars
* Handle mail, deliveries, and courier coordination
* Maintain a professional and organised reception area
Workplace Health & Safety Support
* Maintain safety records and compliance registers
* Coordinate routine safety inspections and servicing
* Assist with fire drills and safety programs
* Ensure signage and first aid information remain current
About You
You are organised, reliable, and take pride in creating an efficient workplace environment.
You'll likely bring:
* Experience in office coordination, reception, or facilities support
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Confidence coordinating suppliers or trades
* OH&S experience (desirable but not essential)
