We service a diverse range of industries, including mining, waste management, transport, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.
Responsibilities
* Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
* Use forklifts/machinery to move goods.
* Support inventory management and stock handling as required.
* Assist in local deliveries to customers.
* Perform physical manual handling and heavy lifting for preparing customer orders for dispatch and for receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable.
* A valid Driver's License is essential.
* Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
* Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Strong customer service ethics and natural problem‐solving abilities.
* Experience in Industrial Hose, Hydraulics, or a similar industrial background (Desirable).
