About the role
As the D&T Change Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Your core responsibility will be ensuring changes are adopted smoothly and efficiently, while minimising disruption and ensuring all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute change management strategies for infrastructure projects.
* Conduct detailed
* impact analyses and risk assessments to understand the effects of changes on various departments.
* Design and implement comprehensive
* communication strategies and materials (newsletters, emails, FAQs) to inform stakeholders about project benefits, impacts, and timelines.
* Engage, connect, and manage project stakeholders to secure buy-in and address any resistance to change.
* Create and deliver
* training programs to prepare employees and technical staff for changes in the network infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with SVHA Change methodology, governance, and relevant industry standards.
* Liaise closely with Portfolio Management and Release Management to schedule changes.
About you
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, with a focus on IT or network infrastructure projects (preferably in Health).
* A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives in complex, geographically dispersed organisations.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and vendor management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience providing support to internal stakeholders and managing multiple stakeholders at different hospitals.
* Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CMP) is preferred.
Desirable:
* Experience in health, aged care, or other regulated industries;
