About the Role
We seek a highly motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this pivotal position, you will provide crucial analysis, reporting, and risk management support, acting as a subject matter expert and guiding others in best-practice analytics.
* Portfolio Analysis: Collect and analyze portfolio and program data to provide insights, trends, forecasts, and risk assessments. Identify, analyze, and monitor risks and cross-program dependencies. Propose resolution strategies and influence senior stakeholders on portfolio prioritization and sequencing.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports primarily in Power BI. Populate reports by collecting and combining data from various sources. Optimize insights generation and proactively identify opportunities for AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications and Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Desirable: Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Data Analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
