Position Details
Position Title: Senior Coordinator Quality, Compliance and Strategy
Salary: Starting at $98,883.00 per annum.
Location: Alice Springs
Term: Fixed‐term part‐time role (0.8 FTE) until 30 June 2027, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
* Lead compliance oversight for aged care services.
* Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for the aged care portfolio.
* Manage client management systems to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
* Collaborate with the Executive Manager to oversee aged care service delivery and workforce planning.
* Ensure compliance with funding obligations and legislative requirements.
* Influence broader aged care strategies and support organisational objectives.
Qualifications
* Degree in Individual Support, Community Services or Home Care, or working towards these qualifications combined with experience in a similar role.
* Extensive experience in the aged care industry and familiarity with the Aged Care Standards and regulatory framework.
* An appreciation of the challenges involved in managing a diverse workforce within a not‐for‐profit environment.
* Adaptability, collaboration and a passion to make a difference.
* Current NT Driver's License.
* Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check.
* Capacity to travel to remote communities overnight or multiple nights.
