Position Overview:
The Project Officer will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with robust organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure their satisfaction
Oversee the Managed Services engagement ensuring incidents are resolved in a prioritized manner (this may require some technical analysis)
Testing resolved incidents before production deployment
Monitor external factors which may need consideration within the EME and CDR capabilities such as changes to Consumer Data Standards/ Consultations
Support the project team with ad hoc requests around data insights, stakeholder engagement, analysis activities pertaining to EME
Overall Project support and Program Board secretariat.
Conduct regular project meetings, documenting discussions and action items
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members
Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates
Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
Skills and experience:
Highly developed analysis and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practice
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Confluence
Experience with JIRA Service Management
