Immediate start | Temporary assignment NSW State Government | Health Sector Penrith location | $42 per hour super Our client is seeking a skilled HR Change Manager Specialist to deliver end-to-end change processes including restructures, role changes, regradings and staff movements. Working closely with senior leaders, HR teams and unions, you will support high-quality, compliant and timely change outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead organisational change processes across multiple departments. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. Prepare high-quality documentation including business cases, letters and reports. Coordinate consultation processes and liaise with unions. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and industrial instruments. Manage workforce data, records and reporting. Provide generalist HR advice as required. About You Qualifications in HR, Business or equivalent experience. Proven experience delivering organisational change in complex environments. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Prior experience as a HR Business Partner, Advisor or Consultant. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems.
