About the Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team covering the Gold Coast and Northern NSW corridor.

This is one of the most active construction regions in Australia, with strong demand driven by major infrastructure, civil and residential projects. The role will focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities early and driving sales growth across both new and existing customers.

You will engage with stakeholders across the full customer spectrum, from project supervisors and site teams through to Tier 1 contractors, developers and government procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and actively manage a structured sales pipeline across new and existing accounts
* Identify upcoming projects, volume opportunities and market risks ahead of demand
* Drive new business growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship management
* Grow existing accounts by increasing product penetration and strengthening customer relationships
* Engage with contractors, developers, councils and infrastructure stakeholders across the territory
* Prepare and present quotes, proposals and commercial solutions
* Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
* Monitor competitor activity, project awards and market movements across the region
* Work closely with operations, logistics and internal teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' field sales experience within construction materials, quarrying, civil, industrial or related sectors
* Strong new business development and account management capability
* Proven ability to build and manage a structured sales pipeline
* Experience working with contractors, infrastructure projects or construction-related customers
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Disciplined CRM user with strong territory management capability
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large active territory autonomously
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the region
