We're on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our team at Acacia Ridge branch, Queensland (4110). This is a hands‐on, fast‐moving role across administration and operations, with operations taking the lead. You'll step into a permanent, full‐time position (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) that offers both stability and variety.

What you will do:
* Stakeholder & customer liaison – Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, branch teams, national teams, customers, and buyers. Act as the key contact for operational queries, providing clear, courteous, and professional communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Asset quality & rectification coordination – Oversee asset quality control, ensuring accurate advertisements and high‐quality photographs. Coordinate asset rectifications by liaising with preparation teams and suppliers to ensure repair work meets required standards.
* Stock control & operational support – Manage stock control processes including reporting, stocktakes, and reconciliations, and provide general operational support to the wider team as required.
* Auction & administrative coordination – Complete all auction‐related administration accurately and within deadlines, including data entry, managing incoming mail, coordinating couriers, and ensuring office supplies are maintained.
* Safety & compliance – Follow WHS requirements at all times, maintaining a strong focus on safety in daily operations.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a high‐volume reception or customer service position
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Strong problem‐solving and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
