The Role Join a well-coordinated care team supporting a long-term NDIS male participant who requires a friendly, male support worker to assist in community access and personal care. You’ll provide a mix of: Emotional support and companionship Domestic assistance and community access Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan Experience supporting clients with high mental health needs (desirable) Note: This role involves supporting a participant with complex psychosocial needs and includes managing behaviours of concern, personal care, and maintaining a safe living environment. You’ll be great in this role if you are/have Sympathetic, empathetic and personable!
