About the Centre:
Welcome to Kids Academy Wyndham Vale
We are developing a 110-place centre.
Our philosophy emphasizes a holistic view of the child.

About the Role:
Manage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
Build strong connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
