We're on the lookout for a final-year Architectural Student and a recent Graduate to join our studio.
This is a great chance to get hands-on experience across a mix of project types and scales, while building your technical, creative and professional skills along the way.

What You'll Do
• Work closely with project teams to help develop, document and deliver great design.
• Contribute ideas and fresh thinking to design concepts and conversations.
• Get hands-on with 3D modelling, documentation, research and presentations.
• Build your knowledge of architectural workflows, tools and project stages.
• Communicate clearly and confidently—with your team and external consultants.
• Be an active part of studio life and learning at BVN.
What You'll Learn and Develop
Design & Technical Skills
• Explore architectural concepts that align with project goals and client needs.
• Gain hands-on experience with BIM, CAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and other design tools.
• Work closely with architects and consultants to integrate structure and services into designs.
• Build your own competency matrix to track and guide your development.
Project & Practice Understanding
• Get to know how project timelines, budgets and quality standards work in practice.
• Learn the basics of project management by contributing to smaller-scale projects.
• Dive into real-world documentation and delivery processes.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Share your ideas clearly—whether you're talking, sketching or writing.
Growth Mindset & Professional Development
• Stay open to feedback and keen to learn new tools, processes and ways of working.
• Explore the path to registration, including BVN's Registration Study Group.
• Take the lead in finding mentoring, support and new learning opportunities.
What We're Looking For
• A final-year Architectural Student or recent Graduate with a Master of Architecture (or equivalent)
• A positive, curious and open-minded approach
• Skills or interest in model making and/or digital fabrication (a bonus, not a must)
• Familiarity with design and documentation software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite)—or a willingness to learn
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
