Customer Service Representative: A Vital Role in SA Health
This is a pivotal role within the Department for Health and Wellbeing, Corporate and Infrastructure, Procurement and Supply Chain Management division. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support and service to various stakeholders across the SA Health portfolio and external suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality first-level helpdesk service to internal and external customers, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
* Undertake inventory expediting processes for Health Service Support units (HSS) and the SA Health Distribution Centre (SAHDC), ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
* Perform day-to-day transactional activities, maintaining quality service delivery standards and promoting a positive customer experience.
