We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officerto join our team inCarole Park, QLD. In this role, you'll engage with customers to ensure timely receipting of payments. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
* Allocate funds to debtor accounts
* Assist customers via phone and email with prompt responses
* Manage debts for small to large corporate customers
* Upload invoices to portals/systems as required
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain account records
* Resolve disputes
* Perform general administrative duties
About You
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and collaborative mindset
* Previous experience in credit collections or reconciliations (preferred but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to manage high volumes and meet multiple deadlines
