The Executive Assistant role is to both the Deputy Director-General and Chief Operating Officer at Access Canberra. The role supports two Executives in a diverse and fast paced agency. It provides high quality operational support to the Access Canberra Office of the Deputy Director-General. As the successful applicant, you will be well organised, discrete, have experience in an executive office, and be highly motivated.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in an executive office is highly desirable.
- The ability to work flexibly under limited supervision is also highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the ACT Public Service and the operational responsibility for a large regulatory agency would be highly desirable, but not required.
- Relevant qualifications would be desirable.
